Evening MBA Program
Introduction
Department of International Business has designed the Evening MBA Program in order to prepare talented, skilled and qualified managers and intensify their approach and qualities and professionalism for effective operation of the various business and no-business houses of the country. The curriculum is fueled by a persuasive thinking of teaching that allows students to maximize their performance. The course curriculum is expected to support the participants to improve both their analytical and communicative skills with a balanced emphasis on quantitative and qualitative approach. A variety of specialized and interdisciplinary coerces focus on developing leadership qualities of the students to manage their activities strategically and efficiently in an environment of present of present day globalization. Updating manager’s capabilities with emphasis on functional areas of International Business is one of the major objectives of this program. The program is planned to make managers technically more competent with a broader understanding of their roles in solving problems and according it aims at:
a) Preparing the participants from variety of different backgrounds with the range of skills and techniques necessary to provide a solid foundation for their careers.
b) Enhancing the abilities the ability of the learners to identify business problems and resolving them.
c) Assisting learners to understand the dynamics of business operations in an increasingly complex global environment and enable them to deal with management challenges therein.
d) Promoting learner’s perception of the functional areas of business and developing a general perspective of their relationship.
e) Fostering critical thinking and enhancing interpersonal communication and leadership qualities to work effectively in order to accomplish objectives.
Grading System
Course teachers will be responsible for developing course outlines, setting questions and marking scripts and grading students. Course teachers will be required to submit final letter grades to the Program Director as explained below:

xii) Evaluation
Students’ performance in a course will be evaluated as stated below:

Fee Structure
As the University has decided to offer this course on a self-finance basis, the entire cost of administering the program must be contributed by students. Moreover, under the prevailing circumstances in the country tuition fees cannot be changed frequently. Therefore, it is necessary to create a fund for meeting expenses during exceptional situations. Thus it agreed to collect fees at the following rates:
